Please contact Cinderellas between the hours of 8.30am - 6:30 pm Monday to Friday. An answer machine will be on during out of hours time to take your messages.

If you experience any difficulties or problems with your helper please notify us promptly and we will speak to them regarding the problem. If you would like to change helpers we will happily do so. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO TALK TO US ABOUT ANY CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE. WE ARE VERY UNDERSTANDING!
