Cinderellas prides itself on providing helpers who are professional, energetic and above all else, excellent cleaners. Cinderellas can provide you a helper on either a regular or one off basis. If you wish to book at regular helper with us we will organize the same helper to come on the same day and time each visit. If your nominated helper is away or ill we will supply another suitable helper to replace them for you.

At Cinderellas we know that top quality helpers are essential to ensure that you remain happy and satisfied with our service. All potential recruits must have a minimum of two work references of the highest order. One of these references must be from a domestic housekeeping role that they have held for six months or more. All potential helpers go through a stringent testing process before starting work with Cinderellas. This includes both written and practical tests as well as a day of training so all our helpers understand what our clients expect from them and knowledge on how to clean different surfaces in the property.

Cinderellas current hourly rate for regular bookings is £11.00 per hour. This includes V.A.T, insurance, agency fees and other administrative costs. To receive this rate you must book a minimum of two hours per visit, per week OR four hours per visit, per fortnight.
