A spring clean is a thorough top to bottom clean of your whole home or selected rooms of your home. This may include :-
- Cupboards / Drawers - everything removed and cleaned
- Fridge, everything removed and cleaned
- Cooker / Oven, thoroughly cleaned
- Tiles
- Appliances
- Extractor fans
- All floors thoroughly cleaned
- Light switches, electrical plugs
- Cornice and skirting boards
- Limescale and grime removal
- Window seals, blinds and window frames
Hours Required
The hours required for a spring clean can fluctuate due to the various requirements and conditions of your property:
Do you have lots of ornaments and items that will need to be lifted and moved?
Does your kitchen or bathroom have limescale or mould problems?
How many rooms do you have that will require attention?
Do you require the interiors of your cupboards and draws cleaned?
Does your refrigerator or oven require cleaning?
Is the property generally untidy?
Due to these variables Cinderellas cannot quote with an exact time or price; however, we can give you an approximation of how long we think it MAY take. We always highly recommend booking a variable set of hours.
Costs
The cost of a spring clean with Cinderellas is £12.50 per hour, per helper. We have a minimum-booking requirement of 2 hours. Any additional time is charged in 15-minute increments.
Please remember that this price is per hour, per helper. If we send you more than one helper the hourly rate will multiply by the amount of helpers sent.
(I.e. 2 helpers for 2 hours each would cost £50.00) It simply means that they will be in your home for less time!
This £12.50 per hour includes V.A.T, insurance, agency fees and other administrative costs. This is inclusive of labour ONLY and does not include, transportation, products and/or equipment.
*Please be aware Cinderellas will NOT accept responsibility for the passing/failing of end of tenancy inventory reports. Work performed is for the client who has booked and NOT for the estate agency, as we are not knowledgeable in the different criteria that agency's use when passing/failing reports and therefore will not be held liable for any such failures.
